Blend of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Malbec. An aroma of berry fruits, spice and toasty fruit cake. Intensely rich flavours of mulberry and spice completed by leather and coffee. Fine tannins and sweet oak provide backbone and balance.

Lovingly cared for by Kate Radburndt, the winemaker at Pask, this Reserve Chardonnay is scintillating. Ripe lemons, some peachiness and subtle oak spice; nutty, buttery characters and excellent length.
Pask Declaration Merlot

The nose shows intense spicy plums and sweet oak with the palate displaying meaty/gamey flavours combined with primary spice and plums, coffee and integrated oak. A rich, elegant, concentrated Merlot matured for 15 months in oak barrels.
Pask Declaration Syrah

Soft yet complex Syrah. Delicate pepper and spice flavours are integrated with cigar-like oak influences. Finely structured with ripe, supple tannins, this harmonious wine will develop beautifully with bottle maturation.

The rich strength and structure of Cabernet complements the round, soft velvety texture of Merlot. Blackcurrant fruit and spice are given added complexity by the presence of sweet oak producing this balanced, extracted red.

Well balanced wine, very appealing. Intense yet soft bouquet. Ripe soft palate, a hint of plums and spice - indicative of the 13 months or so in both French and American oak.
