Named after an old lighthouse, Tour de By occupies one of the best gravelly ridges in the lower Medoc. The wine is a blend of 58% Cabernet Sauvignon, 36% Merlot, 5% Cabernet Franc and 1% Petit Verdot aged in oak, some of which is new each year.

A beautiful deep colour with shades of violet. A nice nose of fresh red fruits : raspberry and blackcurrant. On the palate it has ripe fruit tannins dominated by blackcurrant jam. Good balance between acidity and tannins. 40% Cabernet Sauvignon, 55% Merlot, 4% Cabernet Franc, 1% Malbec.
