Côtes de St Mont Rosé, Plaimont

State of the art winery in the heart of Gascogny has produced this Gold Medal-winning wine. The red grapes undergo a very mild crushing allowing a clean blush coloured extraction. Skins and stalks are discarded immediately. The result is an exuberant, perfectly crafted wine which is dry but tangy and light.
